The Cuban Thing brings the vibrant flavors of Cuban and Caribbean cooking to the Toronto area with a creative Miami-inspired twist. Founded by Cuban-born, Miami-raised Chef Chuchi Rivero alongside Patricia Salazar, the concept combines traditional Cuban favorites with influences gathered through years of culinary experience and travel.
